Being an experienced corporate executive and consultant Paul has the ability to focus on broad strategic and operational management expertise.
Paul has lead and managed large, diverse teams to achieve challenging goals, being adept at managing complex life cycle business activities, operations and projects during growth and dissolution.
With over 40 years of experience in the information technology industry, the last 12 years consulting to Finance, Media, IT, eCommerce, Sport and NFP businesses on Strategy, Investment Business Cases, Project management and Program Reviews, national systems replacement program, ERP implementations, support infrastructure design and set up.
